Courtney Hundley
for Erlanger
Hello! I’m your neighbor, Courtney. There’s a lot of opportunity around Erlanger to improve our community, and this is why I’m running for Erlanger City Council.
Thrive not Survive
Our community should be a place where all of our residents have the opportunity to thrive, not just survive.

Revitalize Dixie Hwy Corridor
Let's give our current local small businesses a chance to thrive, and our budding entrepreneurs a chance to realize their dreams.
Dixie Hwy is the heart of our city and our central business district. Imagine walking down the street, getting your hair & nails done, seeing the eye doctor, and then having dinner with friends.
How does this happen?
Smart planning.
Small business grants to businesses that support our community's everyday needs. In addition, buildings closer to the sidewalk with parking in the back, and residential units above.
Think of this as beautification with function.
Affordable Housing
Simply put, supply is low.
Demand for housing is high in the region, with studies showing that we are 6,000-9,000 units short in NKY. This is driving up costs.
Mixed-use and Mixed-income housing are ways to equitably develop for our communities.
Smart planning is key.

Transparency
It shouldn't be so hard for Erlanger residents to know what their local government is doing.
Business dealings between elected officials and tax-payer funded projects should be fully disclosed and undergo an ethics review.
Open Records Requests are a legal right for the public. We should maintain this open line of information between citizens and government.
Residents should get a minimum of 72 hours notice before council business.
